RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are accepted solely if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt by the customer.
  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags and liners attached.
  • For reasons of health and hygiene, returns of lingerie or swimwear are not accepted if the hygiene seal has been removed.
  • Cotton Candy Fashion reserves the right to reject returns that exhibit signs of wear, washing, or do not meet the aforementioned criteria.
  • Returns not attributable to product quality issues will necessitate the payment of shipping fees by the customer.

REFUNDS

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return request. This process may take up to seven (7) business days from the date the return tracking information indicates delivery to our facility.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within a reasonable period.

How to Handle Damaged or Defective Items?

  1. Upon delivery of your order, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during transit. While it is normal for shipping cartons to exhibit some wear, damage to the items inside is not acceptable. Retain the box, packaging, and all items, and contact our sales support team within thirty (30) days to report the issue.
  2. Include photographic or video evidence of the damaged or defective item in your email to expedite the process.
  3. Once we confirm that the product has quality defects, we will process a refund to your original payment method or apply a credit to your account without necessitating the return of the defective item.
  4. This process typically requires three (3) to five (5) business days for confirmation and processing of the refund.

NOTE

  • Failure to notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the package will render the product ineligible for a refund.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and processing; therefore, the return address may differ from the original delivery address. To avoid delays, please contact us to obtain the correct return address.
  • Lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any such items must be retained for inspection.
